Bec started with Little Owl in March 2019 as the Office Administrator. Previous to Little Owl, Bec first started her working life as a barista at a busy restaurant. She soon gave up the grueling hospitality hours for the 9-5 life, (which was just as grueling in it’s own sense!) moving into the corporate environment. She worked her way up the corporate ladder as a Receptionist, then onto an Office Manager and finally into an Executive Assistant position.

Bec now enjoys the work/life balance Little Owl offers as it fits in with her family schedule. This includes a FIFO husband and 2 school aged children. As a lover of coffee, Bec was excited to work for Little Owl and learn the ‘behind the scenes’ of the coffee industry. She has thoroughly enjoyed the variation of tasks at Little Owl, working with a small team and assisting with anything and everything!

Packing orders, administering accounts, answering email queries, assisting in the warehouse to help ‘coordinate’ the gents on roast day – Bec does it all!

On a weekend you will find Bec enjoying the gym and an AM coffee or a PM wine with her friends.
