Karim’s been in the coffee game for over 20 years and brings a whole lot of passion and know-how to the Owl Fam. He’s run his own café, led barista training across the country, and knows the coffee journey inside out, from bean to brew. Most importantly, he shares the same values that keep our team grounded: quality, consistency, and a love for what we do. When he’s not roasting or talking coffee, Karim loves heading down south for a surf with friends.
