Shipping Policy

At Little Owl Coffee Roasters, we take great care to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time. Please review the information below for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

Dispatch & Processing Times

All online orders are packed and sent from our roastery in Myaree, Western Australia. We pack and ship your order within 24 hours during our business hours (Monday to Friday). Orders are processed on business days only, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During busy periods, orders may take an extra day to be processed and we appreciate your patience during these times. If you need your coffee quickly, we recommend selecting the Express shipping option at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $100.

Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

Perth Metro orders are delivered next business day with CTI Express for orders received prior to 11am AWST. Regional WA orders are shipped via Australia Post with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days, with Standard and Express options available at checkout. Eastern States orders are shipped via Australia Post or FedEx with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days, with Standard and Express options available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

If your order is sent via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, which you can use to track your shipment via the courier’s website.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather events, courier disruptions or high shipping volumes.
