Shipping Policy

At Little Owl Coffee Roasters, we take great care to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time.

Please review our shipping policy for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time
  • Orders placed before 12PM AWST are processed and dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12PM AWST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping (WA Metro Areas): 2–4 business days
  • Standard Shipping (WA Regional & National): 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (WA Metro Areas): 1-2 business days
  • Express Shipping (WA Regional & National): 2–4 business days

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $100 within Australia.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
