Do you only sell whole beans?

No – we can grind any of our beans to your liking – just select from the dropdown before adding to cart.

How long does shipping take?

Dispatch normally occurs within 1 business day from order.

Estimated shipping timeframe for standard post from dispatch is 2-4 days for WA Metro, 3-5 days for regional orders and 4 – 6 days for interstate orders.

Estimated shipping timeframe for express post is 1-2 days for Metro and 2 – 4 days for regional orders, and 3-5 days for interstate orders.

Please note timeframes are only an estimate and do not include any potential delays experienced by our freight carriers

I have not received my order – what do I do?

Check you received your order confirmation email as well as your fulfilment email.
