DISPATCH

All online orders are packed and sent from our roastery in Myaree, Western Australia.

We pack and ship your order within 24 hours during our business hours (Monday to Friday).

If you need your coffee quickly, we recommend choosing the express shipping option at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

During busy periods, orders may take an extra day to be processed - we appreciate your patience during these times.

SHIPPING

Perth Metro - Next business day delivery with CTI Express. (For all orders received prior to 11am)

Regional WA (Australia Post) - Delivery typically 3-5 business days. Standard and Express options available at checkout.

Eastern States (Australia Post / Fedex) - Delivery typically 5-7 business days. Standard and Express options available at checkout.

If your order is sent via Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s on its way.

RETURNS

Because our coffee is roasted fresh just for you, we can’t accept returns on beans or ground coffee. Once food items leave our roastery, we’re not allowed to resell them for health and safety reasons.

If something is wrong with your order, like we sent the wrong item or there’s a quality issue, please let us know. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible with either a replacement or refund.
