Description
This coffee has a growing altitude of 1400 – 2000 M.A.S.L and originates from the CoopeAgri farming cooperatives based in the highlands around the Cerro Chirripo in the Perez Zeledon region. The region is known for its mountainous terrain and highly volcanic soil, resulting in a clean, but sweet profile.
This washed processed coffee has tasting notes of Nectar, Honey and Hazelnut.
Best served as an espresso or stovetop/mokapot coffee.
