This beautiful microlot comes from Jairo Arcila at Finca Santa Mónica in Armenia, Quindío. Grown at 1,450–1,500 metres above sea level, this 100% Caturra lot showcases the care and precision that Colombian producers are known for.

The coffee is harvested at peak ripeness, floated and hand-sorted, before undergoing 30 hours of underwater fermentation. After pulping, the parchment is gently washed and dried in temperature-controlled conditions, locking in its clean and vibrant character.

In the cup, expect a lively mix of brown spices, sweet blackberries, cacao nibs, and a bright hit of tangerine. With its balance of fruit, sweetness, and gentle spice, this lot shines as both espresso and filter.
