BOB 40% Drinking Chocolate is an Australian-made blend of five cocoas, balanced with brown and cane sugars to deliver a rich, well-rounded chocolate flavour without being overly sweet.
With 40% cocoa, it makes a beautifully rich hot chocolate and is also ideal for mochas and iced chocolate. Designed for easy preparation behind the café bar or at home, just add your favourite milk and enjoy.
How to make it
Add a heaped tablespoon (approximately 22g) of BOB 40% Drinking Chocolate to a small amount of boiling water and mix into a smooth paste.
Top with your favourite warmed milk and stir well. Finish with a light dusting of drinking chocolate powder.
