Origin & Tasting Notes
Say hello to our new Ethiopia Single Origin — straight from the highlands of Guji, Uraga district, in the village of Harowacho. Grown by 40–60 farmers and 400–500 pickers at high altitudes around the Quto mountains, where the Seboba river flows through the valley, this coffee thrives in ideal conditions for exceptional beans.
Expect bright, juicy flavours of butterscotch, mandarin, and blueberry, finishing smooth and clean.
Process & Roast
Ripe cherries are delivered to the Tebe Melge washing station, where they’re sorted by grade and dried on African raised beds for 14–16 days to reach 11% moisture. The raised beds ensure optimal airflow and temperature control, protecting the beans and highlighting their natural sweetness.
Roasted to a medium profile, this coffee lets those vibrant, lively flavours shine in every cup.
