Grown in Costa Rica’s renowned Central Valley, this naturally processed Villa Sarchi comes from Brumas del Zurqui Micromill, where fourth-generation producer Juan Ramon Alvarado Rodriguez and his family continue a deep commitment to quality, innovation, and community.
This lot delivers a rich and vibrant cup with layers of blueberry sweetness, tropical fruit brightness, and smooth vanilla-like sweetness, balanced by a mellow, rounded acidity and syrupy body. The natural process enhances the coffee’s fruit-forward character while maintaining clarity and balance in the cup.
At elevations between 1400–1800 MASL, cherries are carefully selected for ripeness before being slowly dried over several weeks, allowing the sugars and fruit character to fully develop. The result is a sweet, expressive coffee with depth, structure, and a vibrant sense of origin.
Roasted fresh in Perth, this release is designed for those who enjoy a slightly richer and more fruit-driven profile - equally enjoyable as a clean filter or a fuller-bodied espresso.

All online orders are packed and sent from our roastery in Myaree, Western Australia.
We pack and ship your order within 24 hours during our business hours (Monday to Friday).
If you need your coffee quickly, we recommend choosing the express shipping option at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
During busy periods, orders may take an extra day to be processed - we appreciate your patience during these times.

Regional WA (Australia Post) - Delivery typically 3-5 business days. Standard and Express options available at checkout.
Eastern States (Australia Post / Fedex) - Delivery typically 5-7 business days. Standard and Express options available at checkout.
If your order is sent via Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s on its way.
RETURNS
Because our coffee is roasted fresh just for you, we can’t accept returns on beans or ground coffee. Once food items leave our roastery, we’re not allowed to resell them for health and safety reasons.
If something is wrong with your order, like we sent the wrong item or there’s a quality issue, please let us know. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible with either a replacement or refund.
