Bright, juicy and beautifully balanced, our Guatemala Single Origin is a vibrant expression of the Huehuetenango region. Grown by the CODECH cooperative in the highlands of western Guatemala, this washed coffee delivers notes of green apple, orange zest and honeycomb, layered with mellow caramel sweetness and sparkling acidity.
Produced at elevations between 1400–2200 MASL, this lot is cultivated by a network of smallholder farmers committed to organic farming and sustainable practices. CODECH was founded to support local communities, improve opportunities for women, and provide long-term economic stability for coffee-growing families in the region.
The washed process enhances the coffee’s clean structure and fruit clarity, resulting in a cup that is sweet, approachable and lively from start to finish. Expect a smooth medium roast profile with citrus brightness upfront and a soft caramel finish.

All online orders are packed and sent from our roastery in Myaree, Western Australia.
We pack and ship your order within 24 hours during our business hours (Monday to Friday).
If you need your coffee quickly, we recommend choosing the express shipping option at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
During busy periods, orders may take an extra day to be processed - we appreciate your patience during these times.

Regional WA (Australia Post) - Delivery typically 3-5 business days. Standard and Express options available at checkout.
Eastern States (Australia Post / Fedex) - Delivery typically 5-7 business days. Standard and Express options available at checkout.
If your order is sent via Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s on its way.
RETURNS
Because our coffee is roasted fresh just for you, we can’t accept returns on beans or ground coffee. Once food items leave our roastery, we’re not allowed to resell them for health and safety reasons.
If something is wrong with your order, like we sent the wrong item or there’s a quality issue, please let us know. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible with either a replacement or refund.
