How to make it
Place one tea pouch into a cup or teapot and add hot water at 95°C.
Steep for 3–5 minutes for the best flavour, then remove the pouch and enjoy. Drink it black to enjoy the bergamot and floral notes, or add a splash of milk if you prefer.
