Do you only sell whole beans?
No – we can grind any of our beans to your liking – just select from the dropdown before adding to cart.
How long does shipping take?
Dispatch normally occurs within 1 business day from order.
Estimated shipping timeframe for standard post from dispatch is 2-4 days for WA Metro, 3-5 days for regional orders and 4 – 6 days for interstate orders.
Estimated shipping timeframe for express post is 1-2 days for Metro and 2 – 4 days for regional orders, and 3-5 days for interstate orders.
Please note timeframes are only an estimate and do not include any potential delays experienced by our freight carriers
I have not received my order – what do I do?
Check you received your order confirmation email as well as your fulfilment email.
If you have received the above and your package has not been received in the estimated timeframes given in our FAQ’s, please get in touch with our office via email sales@littleowlcoffeeroasters.com.au or by giving us a call on 1300 557 981.
